Buying an item over the internet can be a risky business, especially when the dealer is in North Yorkshire and the purchaser in Cornwall, and it wasn't without some apprehension that I committed to buying a second-hand Hymer Nova from a supplier of whom I had no knowledge. But I needn't have worried. I'd carefully read through the testimonials on the web site, so I had high hopes that all would go well. I wasn't to be disappointed because the help and information I received from Chris and Edward at Beechwood Leisure were first rate. They patiently answered my many questions and happily arranged a convenient way to pay via debit card.

I decided to collect the caravan from Manchester and it was delivered there for a reasonable fee. When my wife and I arrived at the rendezvous, the caravan was already there and Dave, the delivery driver, cheerfully conducted us on an inspection of it. The caravan was just as described, newly valeted and serviced, with a new awning and a welcome pack including steps, electricity cable and water containers. Dave helped us hitch up and we were soon on our way home.

The following day, I discovered that the handle to engage the mover and handbook were missing, so I rang Chris. Within an hour, a new handbook had been ordered and a replacement handle arranged. It's reassuring that Beechwood leisure is as attentive to its customers after the sale as as it is before.

I unreservedly recommend Beechwood Leisure for its friendly, efficient and high-quality service.
